Certified Medical Billing Coder

In this Medical Billing Coder role, your efforts will be appreciated by a team of supportive professionals. We are seeking a Medical Billing Coder to join our RCM team. We are a growing company with excellent work ethic.

Medical Billing Account Specialist (RCM)

The Revenue Cycle Management Medical Billing Account Specialist is responsible for providing medical billing and support to RCM Account Managers Duties include, but are not limited to reviewing billing cycles for accuracy, taking daily Patient calls to discuss billing inquiries, documenting all patient calls in the appropriate area, and sending appeals correspondence to proper parties.

athenaOne Support Specialist

The Virtual OfficeWare athenahealth Support Specialist is responsible for first and second level support calls for athenaOne. As well as assisting other members of the team with higher level calls while maintaining at least the closure of 15 calls daily. In addition to day-to-day operation, the support specialist will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects to meet specified deadlines in a high paced, fast environment. The hours for this position are 11:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. (Time Zone eq. 10am-7pm CDT, 9am-6pm MDT, 8am-5pm PDT).

Medical Billing Account Manager – athenaOne

Account Manager (AM) is the primary owner of the Client relationship and is responsible for providing and managing exceptional revenue cycle management service, and creating highly satisfied, customer evangelists. The AM engages during Client onboarding, works strategically, proactively and collaboratively, aligning revenue cycle operations and clinical operations to ensure effective outcomes during the billing cycle.

Healthcare Software/Application Support Specialist

The Healthcare Software / Application Support Specialist is an exempt level position requiring the ability to provide application software support and customer service to all Virtual OfficeWare Clients, either in office or remote setting.

athenaOne Implementation Consultant

The Virtual OfficeWare/Virtual Revenue Solutions athenahealth Implementation Consultant is responsible for providing ongoing support in areas of training design, delivery and evaluation of training outcomes and for delivering the highest level of performance and satisfaction to Virtual OfficeWare/Virtual Revenue Solutions customers and employees.

Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist will perform a variety of administrative and analytical functions for the sales department to increase VOW’s established business plan goals and objectives.
