New Patients can fill out their pre-visit questionnaires and forms to collect clinical data then with a button click, a new patient can be created in Centricity by office staff, eliminating data entry.
Established patients only gain authorization to access the patient portal from clinical staff.
Patients can request appointments at any time. Only available and approved time slots are shown to the patients. Appointments are approved and denied by the Doctor’s staff and confirmation by email is sent accordingly.
